Mike Fitzgerald
Owner
Mike Fitzgerald was born and raised on a dairy farm outside Dingle, Co Kerry, Ireland. He immigrated to America in 1987, bringing with him his strong work ethic and hopes for employment. His friends and family supported him, giving him housing and work in the building industry.
Due to the recession of the 1990s and after gaining extensive roofing experience, it was time for Mike to look for his own work, and Fitzgerald Roofing was created.
Fitzgerald Roofing is built on the principles that Mike learned early on: hard work, commitment to community, and that your name and your word is your contract.
For Mike, roofing is not a job, but his passion! He enjoys and is involved in every aspect of the job from first contact to scheduling, inspecting, ordering, installing and clean-up. His energy is contagious, and his long-standing crew of over 20 years is also as committed to providing excellent craftmanship and customer service as he is. Mike prides himself on running an owner operated, family oriented company.
His wife and children are also dedicated to the philosophy of providing old fashioned, in person, specialized service. Mike started this business focusing on one roof at a time, going above and beyond all customer expectations. It is from this philosophy that Fitzgerald Roofing has ensured customer loyalty and referrals, making us one of the most trust-worthy residential roofers in this area.
Jason Ginty
Co-Owner
Jason Ginty’s story is a very similar one…

He also emigrated from Ireland (Belmullet, Co Mayo ) and came to family in West Springfield, MA in the late 1990s. No stranger to hard work, he landed a job on the clean-up crew with Fitzgerald Roofing. He quickly learned the trade and became a very proficient, skilled roofer with the growing company.
As a crew member, Jason’s commitment to the company goal of exceeding all customer’s expectations had been consistently apparent through his dedication to quality craftmanship and strong customer relationships. Jason’s sense of community makes him a great liaison. He is proud to give back to the community through supporting local charities and organizations such as park and rec projects, children’s sports teams, and charity walks with his time and talent.
Jason’s devotion, integrity, and years of expertise was recognized as essential to managing and growing the business, and Jason became a valuable partner, co-owner, with Fitzgerald Roofing Company.
Jason’s passion for this business is fueled by his love for his family (a wife and 3 children), and a true desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
